Shipping:

Shipping prices are determined by average shipping costs as dictated by USPS or UPS. As a small business I cannot offer free or discounted shipping. Prices are set to cover packaging & shipping costs.

All ceramics are packaged in a way that they are safe to be shipped, and will not break while in transit. This means that they might arrive in a larger box than you expect to account for all of the packaging materials used to get your piece to you safely.

Recycled and repurposed packaging materials are used whenever possible.

Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days from being placed, and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on average weight of total purchased items. Price is dictated by average shipping prices from USPS as well as shipping materials.

Studio Pickup is offered for customers local to Syracuse NY. If you select that option, please leave your email and I will be in touch with you in order to set up a time for you to pick up your work.

NEW! Contactless Delivery: Available to customers local to the Syracuse NY area. Select this option and $5 will be added onto your purchase, I will be in touch with you to set up a time for me to drop off your order to you within 5-7 days.

Return Policy:

Of course I want 100% satisfaction from all customers. However, if a customer is unsatisfied with their item upon receiving, please contact me right away. Returns will be taken on a case by case basis with the customer.
